Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days. During peak seasons, sales, or travel for markets and community events, processing times may be slightly longer.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

We currently ship within Canada.

Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped via Canada Post or another reputable carrier, depending on package size and destination.
Most seed orders are shipped using letter mail or small parcel services to keep costs accessible. Tracking may not be available for all shipments unless selected at checkout.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where an error occurred on our end.
Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery times vary by location and carrier and are provided as guidelines only. Delivery delays may occur due to weather, seasonal volume, carrier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.
We are not responsible for delays once an order has been handed over to the carrier.
Seeds & Seasonal Considerations
Seeds are shipped in dormant form and are not live plants. Germination success depends on proper storage, timing, stratification (when required), and growing conditions after delivery.
Please review product descriptions carefully and contact us before purchasing if you have questions about planting timelines or regional suitability.
Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives incorrect, incomplete, or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos if applicable. We will work with you promptly to resolve the issue.
Lost or Returned Mail
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, the customer is responsible for any reshipping costs.
If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist, though replacement or refund is not guaranteed without tracking confirmation.
